Hello and welcome to another mushing magazine podcast.

It's been a long while since we've brought you one of these, but we're going to try and make up for lost time.

Today I'm talking with Eddy Streeper. Eddy now lives in Osage, Minnesota with his wife Amy, daughter Chloe, and son Calvin. Although Eddy now lives in the U.S. He is Canadian through and through.

Originally from Fort Nelson, British Columbia, Eddy and his older brother Terry have been racing sled dogs since the 70's.  Being a sprint racer, and a good one at that, having won many and most of the major sprint races in North America, he has earned the nickname Fast Eddy.

Talking with any of the Streepers about sled dogs is always entertaining so I was really looking forward to this conversation. You can read this interview in the Nov/Dec issue of Mushing Magazine also.
